RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, the website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time.

Returns (Perishable Goods only)

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We at our sole discretion will provide you with a refund or replacement of the order. Please contact us at info@minsushisupply.com

Damaged Products

If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery at info@minsushisupply.com.  Please send an image of the damaged product along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem.  If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.

Failure to report damaged/spoilage within 24 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer..

  • METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

We will refund your order to the original payment method or exchange your item(s), once it has been processed.

  • REFUND CYCLE:

The complete refund process normally takes about 15-30 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
